Barbell Club + Remote Coaching R1999 / month

We write and oversee your training program and provide ongoing guidance. All your lifting questions answered.

Includes access to I + L during the training times set out in the schedule.

Barbell Club + ongoing PT

1x PT / week - R3,499 / month

2x PT / week - R5,999 / month

1-2 PT sessions per week, billed monthly. Lift solo + remote coaching included.

PT forever
Some people just want to continue with 1:1. All good! If that’s what you want, that’s what you’ll get.
